Preferred dates and times submitted through this website are requests, subject to studio confirmation. Multi-day services (paint correction, ceramic coating) may require a reservation deposit as communicated during booking confirmation.
Vehicles are inspected with the owner (or documented with photos) at drop-off. Pre-existing damage — scratches through the clear coat, dents, failing clear coat, prior bodywork, brittle trim — is noted before work begins. Services address what detailing can safely achieve; some defects cannot be corrected without repainting, and we will identify these honestly.
Detailing outcomes depend on the vehicle's materials and history. We do not guarantee removal of every defect, stain, or odor. Ceramic coatings resist — but do not prevent — physical damage, and their longevity depends on maintenance and environment. No service is represented as permanent.
