Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Notify us at least 24 hours before your confirmed schedule and we will move your appointment to the next available slot at no cost. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours are accommodated on a best-effort basis.

Appointments may be cancelled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. For multi-day services reserved with a deposit, deposits are refundable when cancellation is made at least [X] days before the schedule. [PLACEHOLDER — confirm the studio's deposit and refund rules.]

If a vehicle does not arrive within [X] hours of the confirmed slot without notice, the appointment is released and any deposit may be forfeited. We will always attempt to contact you before releasing a slot. [PLACEHOLDER — confirm no-show handling.]

Studio work proceeds rain or shine, as services are performed indoors. If severe weather, flooding, or other events affect drop-off or turnover, contact us — schedules affected by circumstances beyond anyone's control are moved without penalty.

In the rare case we must move your appointment (equipment issues, emergencies), we will notify you as early as possible and prioritize your rebooking. Any deposit remains fully applicable to the new schedule or refundable at your option.
