Yes, in trained hands. Steam is applied at controlled distance and duration, kept away from sensitive electronics, and followed by immediate drying. Leather is cleaned with dedicated pH-balanced products rather than direct steam.

No. Scratches that penetrate the clear coat can't be safely polished out — they need touch-up or repaint. Correction removes the majority of swirls, light scratches, and etching that live within the clear coat. We map defects during inspection and tell you exactly what's achievable.

Correction removes a small amount of clear coat, so it's not unlimited. We measure paint thickness before any machine work and will decline work that would put your clear coat at risk.

Each panel is inspected, taped, compounded, refined, and re-inspected under defect lighting. Rushing this process is how holograms and burn-throughs happen — we don't rush it.
